Tip for the day

Windows XP

Even if you spend just a little time typing out emails and word processing documents you've noticed that the mouse pointer can be a nuisance and get in the way. Now you can have the pointer disappear when you type.

  1. Click Start and then click on the Control Panel
  2. Make sure that you are in Classic View and open the Mouse applet
  3. In the Mouse Properties dialog box, put a checkmark in the Hide pointer while typing checkbox
  4. Click Apply and then click OK
